All reservations are assessed a booking/linen fee of $50 and 13% Town of Mammoth Lakes Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Assessment. When booking online, a reservation number will be issued and you will receive an “initial” confirmation via e-mail. Prices are subject to change at any time. We accept all major credit cards. PLEASE NOTE: Pricing and confirmation of reservation is not guaranteed until we charge your credit card and you receive a formal Rental Confirmation directly from Grand Havens. Please refer to your reservation number in any future correspondence.

CHECK-IN is 4 PM / CHECK-OUT is 10 AM
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS (For Tallus reservations, please see below **): Absolutely NO SMOKING / NO PETS. All units include linens and towels, European bath amenities, luxury robes in master suite, “First Morning Welcome Basket”, fully equipped kitchens, cable or satellite TV, and VCR or DVD. Most (but not all) units have high-speed Internet. DAILY TOUCHUP MAID SERVICE is provided. Your credit card will act as a security deposit and will be charged for damages, theft, extra cleaning, lost keys and/or phone calls not covered by free service. A significant upfront security deposit will be required when booking homes. We are not responsible for weather or road conditions, power, cable or telephone outages, pool or spa breakdowns, early departures and/or lost items. Entire deposit is subject to forfeiture if occupants exceed maximum capacity of unit (Town of Mammoth Lakes Municipal Code). Grand Havens is NOT responsible for injury to guests or for loss of valuables. Found items will be returned upon request for a $25.00 service charge plus cost of shipping.
**TALLUS HOMES: In some cases credit card/check processing, rental confirmations, complex rules and regulations, and check-in instructions will come to you directly from Tallus Management as well as Grand Havens. Amenities and maid service are determined by Tallus management. For questions regarding this, please contact them directly through the correspondence they send you.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit payment equal to 1/2 the rental amount is due at time of booking. Your final payment is due 21 days prior to your arrival (45 days for holiday reservations) to avoid cancellation. Your credit card will be charged. Your reservation is NOT REFUNDABLE if cancelled within 21 days of arrival (45 days for holiday reservations.) All cancellations outside that 21 or 45-day period are assessed a $50 bookkeeping/cancellation fee ($125 for holiday reservations.) We reserve the right to transfer this reservation to another unit in the event of an emergency. For peace of mind, Grand Havens offers travel insurance to protect you in the event of emergencies if you must cancel within the non-cancellation period. KEY PICK-UP AND RETURN PROCEDURES: Always bring your confirmation with you to Mammoth. All keys, parking pass(es), and map directions are to be picked up at 2059 Meridian Boulevard, at the Mammoth Sierra Townhomes office. Your keys, pass(es) and a town/complex map will be found in an envelope with your name on it taped to the door. Leave ALL keys on the kitchen counter at checkout. Grand Havens has a 24-hour emergency phone. You may dial it after hours at 760-924-3300. Listen carefully to the message. It will direct you to on-call personnel. TALLUS check-in and check-out is done at Tallus management office. You will receive detailed instructions directly from Tallus.
